I agree to get a checkup by a qualified medical physician before beginning this program, and to follow all of the techniques laid out in the book under my physician's close guidance.

I agree to read and fully implement all of the techniques laid out in this program. I agree to do all of the homework and reading assignments, and will implement what I learn into my daily life.

Once begun, I agree to fully follow the plan laid out in the course and agree to continue following that plan for the entire time-frame set forth in that program without interruption.
